Geldee distinguishes recorded information from complete evidence. An available record does not prove the full financial picture is known.

Missing is not zero

Unknown amounts, dates and balances remain null or unavailable. An empty result can mean missing permission, selected-account restrictions, no recorded data or incomplete history. It does not automatically mean zero activity.

Check the right date

A response generation time only tells you when the response was built. It is different from a bank sync time, transaction date or asset valuation date. Read the source dates before claiming a balance is current.

Use the reporting calculation

Canonical summaries preserve Geldee’s treatment of transfers, refunds, splits, exclusions and covered months. Adding original bank rows can produce a different answer. Use monthly and trend summaries for financial comparisons. Use individual rows to explain the supporting records. Read every result page before claiming to have found every match.

Respect eligibility

Partial records can answer a question about those specific records. They cannot automatically support an average, a full trend or personalized advice. When a result reports missing evidence or blocked eligibility, describe the gap and its suggested next step.

AI explanations

A connected assistant can make mistakes or calculate its own scenarios. Those scenarios are not automatically verified Geldee calculations. Ask it to state assumptions and distinguish its reasoning from returned facts.
