Bills helps you track saved payment expectations and recurring charges found in your records. An expected bill is not proof that a payment has happened.

Read the payment state

Keep paid, pending, overdue and estimated amounts separate. Missing due dates stay unknown. A saved bill can remain useful even when the transaction history is too incomplete for a recurring-spending comparison.

Check a change

A larger recorded payment is a reason to inspect the bill. It does not establish a price increase, a new contract or fraud by itself. Compare like-for-like periods and check the underlying statement or supplier document. Contract comparisons use reference prices rather than live offers. Check current eligibility and terms with the supplier before switching.
