# Export or delete your data

> Use Geldee Settings for available exports and contact privacy support for deletion requests.

## Export

Settings provides exports for setup, transactions and recorded financial-health history. Check the selected export's scope; one export is not automatically a complete database backup.

Exported files may contain sensitive financial information. Store and share them deliberately. A public documentation page never needs your real export to explain an example.

## Disconnect

Disconnecting a bank stops its future sync. Disconnecting an AI client stops future authorized access. Neither action removes information already sent to an external provider or automatically deletes Geldee's records.

## Delete

Review the reset or deletion controls shown in Geldee before confirming them. A reset and an account-deletion request can have different effects. For a complete deletion request or questions, contact [privacy@geldee.com](mailto:privacy@geldee.com).

The agent connection cannot approve an account reset or delete an account for you.
